Here are some of the changes you may notice during your next appointment.
- More frequent cleaning
We’re cleaning and disinfecting rooms more often.
- Screening for all patients
We are screening all patients, staff and visitors for COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival every day.
- Spacing in waiting areas
To ensure social distancing, we’ve spaced out chairs, limited the number of people in waiting rooms, and created a one-way path of travel through clinics wherever possible.
- Other waiting area modifications
We’ve removed magazines, toys and other shared items from waiting areas.
- Texts or calls to your car
At smaller clinics, you may be asked to wait in your car. We’ll call or text you when it’s time to come in.
- Updated visitor policy
We’re asking that only patients come to appointments and others stay at home. If you need an exception, please ask in advance.
- Masks or face coverings
Face coverings are required for patients and staff. We’ll provide one if you don’t have your own.
